Role and Responsibility

In charge of installation and set-up machines on -site.
Troubleshoot any issue that may arise and purpose suitable solutions to overcome this problem.
Ensure the job is on time according to schedule.
Perform on-site customer support assignments from time to time.
Ability to perform inspection, maintenance, calibration, repair, route service, test and keep vending machine proper hygiene standard when necessary.
Ad-hoc duties when assigned by superior.

Minimum SPM, SKM level or
Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or relevant industry.
Self-discipline, team player, interpersonal, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to travel, i.e., performs service job at the customer’s site.

Manage the entire sales project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control, to closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, sales) to define project scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, work breakdown structures, and Gantt charts.
Proactively identify and manage project risks, developing and implementing mitigation plans.
Monitor project progress, identify and address deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and manage project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring project financial viability.
Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk registers.
Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring clear expectations and timely updates.
Manage and mentor assigned project team members, providing guidance and support.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management and industrial automation.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in factory automation development, manufacturing process development, or industrial improvement projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent proficiency in MS Project or similar project management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Experience working in an industrial automation environment is a plus.

Handling full spectrum of financial and accounting functions and manage full sets of accounts.
Manage financial reporting, audit & taxation, credit control, cash flow, etc. and day to day accounting operations.
Maintain accounting and financial files and records to ensure confidentiality and accessibility.
Processing payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods.
Manage general mailbox to assist vendors on their queries.
Maintain and analyze journal entries and inter-company accounts.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
Liaising with external parties like Custom/Tax, Auditor, banker and government bodies for periodic reporting and year end closing.
As custodian of internal controls procedures and ensuring compliance check.
Any other ad-hoc tasks may in relation or non-relation to Account/Finance Department from time to time as assigned.

Obtained Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL Account software
Fresh graduate or at least 6 months working experience in the related field will be advantage
Able to speak and write in Malay, English, Mandarin.

Collaborating on software development projects with the engineering and sales departments.
Conduct discussions and brainstorming to establish concepts that drive quality and cost-effectiveness.
Select electrical parts and components necessary for the assembly and development of projects, taking into consideration obsolescence, availability and cost.
Design, develop and program PLC, HMI and SCADA systems using specifications and other data pertinent to the projects.
Assist in developing and executing system level test plans to validate that the engineering designs meet customer requirements.
Undertake integration, startup, debugging and testing of the projects.
Suggest modifications and revise designs as necessary to resolve operating deficiencies.
Generate electric BOM lists according to designs.
Develop operation manuals for completed projects.
Providing clients with technical support.
Ad-hoc duties when assigned by superior.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
Ability to gather and analyze data, create clear reports and presentations.
Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, hardware, and upgrades.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Engineering or relevant fields.
Strong communication skills, detailed-oriented, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Experience working with high performance teams.
Ability to maintain safe work environment.
Possess own transport and is willing to travel.
